Job Title: Manufacturing Processing Operative
Location: Leeds LS12
Salary: £13.46ph
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role:
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role within a dynamic production environment. You’ll play a key part in the processing of incoming materials and preparing refined metals for analysis and dispatch to clients. Full training will be provided, including on specialist equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mechanical shears and other machinery to deconstruct waste catalytic converters (no prior experience required – full training provided)

• Manually handle, sort, and move materials

• Maintain accurate records of materials processed

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures

• Achieve and maintain daily production targets

• Assist with the identification, sorting, and storage of stock

• Keep all working areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Requirements:

• A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role

• A proactive and reliable attitude

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role and dusty environment (full PPE provided)
